About the Ingredients:

For the Sleep Potion – All of the Essential Oils are very calming and safe for children.

The spray bottle makes it easy for kids to use and to mist their own pillow before bed.

Polysorbate 20 helps the water and Essential Oils mix as well as preserve the oil.

For the Love Potion – The Essential Oils in this blend are feminine, soft, and romantic.

The roll-on bottle makes it easy to roll on like a natural perfume.

The optional rose petals make for a fun added touch of witchy ingredients.

How to Make:

For the Sleep Potion – Have the kids drop the Essential Oils into the spray bottle and count out the drops. If using Polysorbate, add it now per package directions. Using a funnel, have them pour in the water, then put the spray top on and shake gently to mix.

For the Love Potion – Have the children drop the Essential Oils into the empty roller bottle. If you are adding the rose petals, have them do that next. Pour in the fractionated coconut oil and place the roller top on.

How to Use:

For the Sleep Potion – Let the children mist their pillows/bedding as desired. About 3-5 sprays should be a good amount to help encourage sleep.

For the Love Potion – Let the kids apply the oil topically to wrists and neck like a perfume.
