This Essential Oil is incredibly versatile and smells amazing in so many blends, making it a great addition to your DIY stress busting creation. Physically, Bergamot may help balance the nervous system, regulate heart rate, and lower blood pressure. This means that your mental state will be improved because your physical state is steady. Bergamot is a top note and blends well with Lavender, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Coriander, and other citrus oils just to name a few. Please take care when wearing topically as it is phototoxic and will make your skin sensitive to the sun.
Clary Sage Essential Oil: Do not get Clary Sage confused with the Sage that grows in your garden, this variety is not used for cooking. Clary Sage is a medicinal herb that has been used for centuries in skin care and perfumes. This tea-like scent is amazing for easing anxiety and eliminating mood swings. Clary Sage is a very balancing oil that calms irritability and is helpful for women’s monthly issues. The high linalyl acetate content of this oil has shown in studies to promote calm and relaxation. Anxiety Aid Diffuser Blend
Morning Meditation Oil
10 ml Glass Roller Bottle
1 T. Grapeseed Oil
5 Drops Bergamot Essential Oil
4 Drops Frankincense Essential Oil
4 Drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
Optional: 2 Drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
Using a funnel add all the ingredients into the roller bottle, then place top on. Turn gently in your hands to mix well. Apply to pulse points and inhale deeply to encourage peaceful meditation.
