In addition, neuroimaging has shown that inhalation of Lavender has a relaxing effect (especially on women). Menopause Management Massage Oil

4 oz Glass Bottle (pump preferred)
4 oz Carrier Oil (like Sweet Almond Oil)
8 Drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
12 Drops Geranium Essential Oil
20 Drops Lavender Essential Oil

Mix all ingredients together and pour carefully into the bottle. Apply topically daily to abdomen or use during a massage to help manage menopause symptoms.
