3 Ways to Use Thyme
1. Add a drop each of thyme and honey to a veggie capsule and take daily to support immunity.
2. Add 2 drops of Thyme essential oil 2 teaspoons of aloe vera juice and 3 fl. Oz. of witch hazel to a spray bottle. Use as a face mist.
