During Workout Stamina Blend

2 tsp. Jojoba Oil or other Carrier Oil

1 T Carrier Oil/Lotion
Combine all of the ingredients together and rub onto sore muscles.

1 T High Proof Alcohol
½ C Vinegar
½ C Distilled Water
Combine the Essential Oils with the alcohol in the bottle and swirl, then pour in the vinegar and the water. Shake gently to combine. This product will be good (stored in a cool dry place) for about 2 weeks. If you would like to alter the recipe to be preserved for a longer period of time, simply up the alcohol content to ¼ cup and lower the water content to ¼ cup.
