10 Day Cleaning Challenge

One of the great things about Essential Oils is how versatile they are. Giving you so many natural and healthy options to chemical laden products, you can swap in your favorite oils for so many everyday things. One of these is cleaning. We absolutely love to use Essential Oils around the home as a non toxic alternative to many store bought cleaners. Because of this, we are calling on you to participate in a 10 Day Essential Oil Cleaning Challenge!

To do this challenge, we will provide you with an easy Essential Oil DIY each day that will help you tackle a cleaning project. We will focus on Essential Oils that are antibacterial, antifungal, and antiseptic, as well as some oils that are natural deodorizers. Then, you simply create the recipe and clean your space. So, let’s get started!

Supplies:

As you know, we generally don’t recommend keeping Essential Oil products in plastic containers. We have found, however, that short term use in very diluted recipes like cleaning products, there is not really an issue of leaching.

Products without alcohol will have a shelf life of about 1 week. Remember to label them and keep them in the refrigerator to preserve longer.
