3 Ways to Use Valerian

1. For a restful night's sleep, rub a drop or two of valerian essential oil between palms and run over pillow at bedtime
2. Diffuse valerian in the room to calm anxious thoughts and soothe the mind. Add lavender and orange if desired.
3. Add a drop or two of valerian to a teaspoon of coconut oil and apply on the lower abdomen to soothe discomfort during the menstrual cycle.
Directions for Use
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut) to minimize any skin sensitivity.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
