Order Missing/Terrible Customer Service I placed my first order on 12/7/25 and I am still waiting to receive ad I am writing this review (1/10/26). My package was lost during shipping and there is no option to talk to a live person to resolve this issue quickly. I have emailed Revive multiple times (since that is the only way to contact this company) without any resolution to date. They have terrible customer service. I am hoping my negative review will help get someone to contact at Revive to contact me to resolve this issue.

I love Revive essential oils I received the starter kit and I love every one of the oils. This was my first time ordering. They make my house smell so fresh. I tried the tea tree oil as a rinse for my gums. I've had pain in a tooth and the pain is gone. I tried tea tree oil and lavender in my shampoo for itchy scalp. My hair looks amazing! One drop of lemon and some honey in a cup of hot water was the best hot lemonade I've ever had. I'm going to order again. I wish Revive had some cards with information for each oil so I wouldn't have to read on the website every time for how to use them.

Exceptional Quality and Value I ordered these oils on the recommendation of my massage therapist. I was extremely pleased with the oils and truly believe they are the same caliber as the other leading brands but are priced so fairly and reasonably. I especially loved the sleep but all the oils appeared to be of an exceptional quality. I highly recommend the oils. I discarded all my oils and have been enjoying this amazing started kit.

..the oils are ok..I have not been able to try all of them yet. What I am MOST upset about is that as a 1st time buyer with Revive, I recv my order with over 50 oils in total. There is no receipt, no invoice, no checklist, no nothing for me to confirm. The oils i purchased in kits WERE NOT packaged together, so I didn't know which oils were suppose to be together. I went to your website & couldn't find the same kits. So it was frustrating piecing together for gifts. This was time consuming & took me over an hour confirming my order by scrolling back into my emails. And to top off, the $60 credit code was not taken off, so I never recvd the coupon credit.....

Good, but pay attention to the photo When considering the starter kit, don't forget to look closely at the photo. The description states that the bottles are "full-sized". I assumed this meant 30 mL and was a little surprised when I received a box of 10 mL bottles. I went back to check, and yes, the photo shows 10 mL bottles, but the description doesn't say that. They seem like good oils and it probably is the best value as they claim... just not as good as I thought at a glance!

Excellent Oils I was looking for a more affordable option to some of the other nice quality oil lines (YL and Dot). I will only order Revive from here on out. These smell great and this variety kit was right on point. “Sleep” is my favorite- at all times of the day. Perfect!

Got them, What to do with them? I know different essential oils are to be used in different ways and for different situations. I do not know what to do with them, some say a "serving size is 1 drop". I don't know if I should eat it, rub it on skin, smell it or what. When I asked they sent an email saying down load booklet. I have not done that yet, so I have not used them yet.

Simplicity I have left Young Living for good!! I can’t afford a membership which means I can’t get the oils. also, the fact that you can email the company directly makes you feel like you’re being heard . Not Good My husband gifted me the starter set for my birthday and I was so excited to try Revive oils! But when I diffused any of the oils from the set, they made me cough and hurt my lungs. Also the scents bothered me the same way an artificial scent would - they made my nose itchy and burn and constantly made me sneeze. I wouldn’t recommend Revive to anyone based off of my experience with them.

If you have thick coarse hair, do not use the revive healthy hair shampoo I absolutely love revive oils, but if you have thick coarse hair do not buy the revive healthy hair shampoo and conditioner. It absolutely dried out my hair and made it absolutely horrible. It is going to take me awhile to go back to a better shampoo to repair the damage that this shampoo has caused.
Revive oil company is the absolute best hands down. I just recently came across your company. I usually am a Young Living oil exclusive only user but yours are even better and a lot more inexpensive and very affordable. You have an amazing company and I have probably ordered 5 times from you in just the last few months. Shampoo and Conditioner I ordered the Revive Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair was in bad shape, very dry, brittle, weak and falling out. I had tried many different other shampoo and conditioners, which didn't help. NOTHING i tried seemed to help, leave in conditioners, oils, you name it, I tried it. So, I gave Revive a shot. Man! was I pleasantly surprised! When i first used the shampoo, I thought, oh no, my hair just feels so dry with this shampoo. It did lather, but what I didn't realize was, it was actually cleaning the old chemicals left from previous products out of my hair. Then the conditioner! WOW! It made my hair feel not only soft when using it, but even after I combed and dried my hair, it was still SOFT! I have to say, that if your hair needs help, these 2 products are the go to! I will be using them from now on. My hair has never felt as healthy as it does right now after using these! Thank you Revive!

and filing a Customer service!!!!!. I ordered products and never got a confirmation number, and the next day it was put on my credit card. It’s almost 3 weeks and have gotten .NO response back from Revive. There is no way to actually talk to customer service support which in my opinion is poor business.
I used to order from DoTerra and switch to Revive, at least at DoTerra you can actually talk to a human, and they were also so helpful. Nothing hurts a business more than poor reviews, and word-of-mouth. If I don’t get a response soon, I’ll be putting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Plus, I will be calling my credit card company and filing a complaint report. This is not good customer service!!!!!!

Great Experience I ordered a diffuser; when it arrived, I could not get it to work. I sent an email to customer service. Within 24 hours I got a response with a couple suggestions for me to try. After those also failed, I replied letting them know that it still didn’t work, the representative let me know that she had put in an order for a replacement to be shipped to me. I shortly received a new replacement that worked perfectly, free of charge.

I’ve been with revive *Now for at least 10 years. Former customer of Young living and have not ever regretted switching over. I have never had a problem with customer service. They have always been gracious if I had a problem. I love the fact you can chat with them and they can help you find the right oil for your needs. I use many of the oils. I do create my own roll-ons because I find it’s more economical for me. I use peppermint, lavender, calm, and I love sore no more. it helps me with my leg cramps at night, also use it for my head and neck ache relief and it works better than anything else that I’ve tried. I am 89 years old and I attribute a lot of my longevity to using these oils. They really help with aches and pains and whatever ails me. I appreciate the oils I use for the heart chakra. It helps lower my blood pressure and calm me. Also love to use Immunity Boost on the bottom of my feet when my sugar is spiking. These oils really work ❤️ thank you Revive💐

I've been using REVIVE's Citrus Delight for a while now and just ordered my second bottle. It's one of my favorites! I also recently had an unusual issue with one of my other essential oil orders and was extremely impressed by how quickly their customer service handled my concern. Even after I told them not to worry about sending a replacement, they had already taken care of it and even added store credit on top of that. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days, and I can tell this company genuinely cares about their customers.

Soooo disappointed Am SO disappointed in Revvive's Essential Oils! BEWARE TO ALL that Revive Essential Oils may not hold their scent! I had bought one of their more expensive scents ("BLEND OF ROSE"). There is next to nothing left of the "rose scent" at all.
Yes, I do keep the bottles of E.O.'s tightly capped, have been doing essential oils for years. In fact I have a
bottle of the scent of "Roses" from one of Revive's competitors that was bought YEARS BEFORE I bought
the Revive's bottle of "BLEND OF ROSE"......and THAT competitor's bottle still smells the same as the first day I received that bottle of essential oil!!! It is many more years old!
I have a tight budget. When I need or want an essential oil, I will save up for the price of it....bonus if that
scent is on sale! When I do purchase an essential oil variety, I need it to last.
Essential Oils SHOULD have a long lasting scent! Only the cheap brands will fade

Great customer service At Christmas I ordered 4 of the laundry detergents and during shipping one of them leaked inside the shipping box and I lost 1/4 of the detergent. I contacted customer service and they shipped me another bottle at no charge. Their customer service is amazing. And the scent is awesome. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great oils Been using these oils for a couple of years. My experience has been positive except for the peppermint oil. My batch had a bad smell, no peppermint at all just a dirty smell. I do like the frankincense oils, they are my favorite for many uses, muscle pain and on my face for complexation issues.

No customer accommodations First, I will say, I love the essential oils. This is about customer relations and email correspondence. I am absolutely frustrated and angered that there were no special accommodations made when I went on the site to try and find a booklet explaining what each oil is used for and how to use them. I could not locate where it was so I could order it. I contacted them via email and I have nine emails going in circles about getting this booklet off their sight with no luck at all. I was sent a link which I clicked on and in order to get the booklet, I have to place yet again another item for them to send me the booklet. After placing already three orders, you would think that there would be an accommodation made for them to just send it to me at no cost or even giving me the option to purchase it solely without having to order something else. Being a longtime customer they could’ve done so much better. Extremely disappointed.

Lost Order If I finally receive my order it will be the third time. I suggest Revive use a reliable carrier company. Never had this problem before. Healthy Hair I bought the healthy hair combo. It really dried out my hair and made flakes on my scalp. I am throwing the set away after using only half. I would not recommend.

I use essential oils in my diffuser. I was slightly disappointed in the scent of 5 Star Hotel. I read the reviews and they sounded like this was what I was looking for. Not that the scent is not likeable, to me it smells oriental. I will try another scent.
