A miss for me I haven't been to an Aveda store in awhile but I can still remember the smell faintly. I thought I was going to like this but I was put off by it. I thought it would have a hint of sweetness but I'm getting more of a musky smell.

I wanted to love this I had such high hopes for this one. I was expecting this to instantly transport me to a spa in an all inclusive resort or high end hotel. It definitely did not do that. I don't know if it's the Frankincense or the Petitgrain (leaning to the latter) that definitely throws off the vibe I was hoping for with this. I can see why some people still find it relaxing, but it was a miss for me personally.

Not for me It smells nice in the bottle, but in the diffuser it smells really differently, I don’t have this problem with the other oils I have, just this one, I wanted to love to- but it just smells old and musty to me! I prefer the fresh and clean smells.

Very floral, not what I expected. I bought this to diffuse. I was expecting that spa smell but this was overwhelmingly floral to me and in a bad way. Almost like rotten drying flowers and that's a smell I despise.

Nice scent This is my first Revive scent I've bought and while it does smell nice, I was hoping for a little bit more 'luxury' and perhaps a more unique smell. I don't know what I expected LOL but it smells very similar to most other blends I've purchased from other providers. I'm looking for something that sets my healing space apart from others, so I'm going to keep trying out different scents. Quality and pricing is superb!

Smells awful This one smell absolutely horrible like an old lady doused in perfume because she can’t smell how strong it is. Love my other oils from Revive, but this one should never have been released to the public unless you are buying it for an enemy. There is nothing relaxing, refreshing, uplifting, or reminiscent about it.
Spa day is not it, but I do love my peppermint and lemon oils.
Calming I really enjoy diffusing spa day during the late evening hours. It helps to bring a sense of calm to my room and I often fall asleep to this scent as well.
Spa day This smells very similar to an "aveda" perfume blend. Very fresh and clean I get compliments all the time when I use it in my home and treatment room.

Not for me I was expecting an EO tha truly smelled like a spa, but this smells nothing like the spas I have been too. To me, it reminds me of a baby lotion from the 60’s. Everyone “smells” differently, but this one I had to return.

Floral As someone who works in a spa, this is a miss for me. It's super heavy on the ylang-ylang. And kind of has a musty undertone.

Worst Spa Day EVER! So disappointed in Spa Day. Smells like cheap imitation rose scent with a mixed chemical smell. Can’t air my house out fast enough!!!! Super heavy on the imitation floral scent.

Smells awful I took this to work to use in my diffuser. It smelled like bad cheep mens cologne, and had to turn off the diffuser. I offered to give it to my coworkers, none wanted it. One said it smelled like turpentine.

Does not smell like a spa to me I really like many of the Revive oil but Spa Day is one of my least favorites. I think the Frankincense just overpowers some of the other aromas and it does not smell very relaxing. This may be a good blend for some but I did not enjoy it.
Smells just like the spa Awesome oil. Smells just like a day at an Aveda spa. So nice!
Smells Divine I haven't had this oil long enough to use it in any capacity but what I smell is really divine. I love revive oils for their purity and good price. Prompt mailing is a plus, too.

Spa Day I have purchased a variety of Revive Essential Oils including Spa Day. I had high hopes for this one when I ordered it but of all of the oils I have purchased, this was my least favorite. It was very overpowering and it made me sneeze.
I appreciate it! I diffuse this in the evenings and it relaxes the whole family! I think it goes well with lavender.

If you have thick coarse hair, do not use the revive healthy hair shampoo I absolutely love revive oils, but if you have thick coarse hair do not buy the revive healthy hair shampoo and conditioner. It absolutely dried out my hair and made it absolutely horrible. It is going to take me awhile to go back to a better shampoo to repair the damage that this shampoo has caused.
Revive oil company is the absolute best hands down. I just recently came across your company. I usually am a Young Living oil exclusive only user but yours are even better and a lot more inexpensive and very affordable. You have an amazing company and I have probably ordered 5 times from you in just the last few months. The fact you offer free shipping is a game changer as well and I have had nothing but the best service from your company which is hard to find nowadays. You definitely put people > profits. Shampoo and Conditioner I ordered the Revive Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair was in bad shape, very dry, brittle, weak and falling out. I had tried many different other shampoo and conditioners, which didn't help. NOTHING i tried seemed to help, leave in conditioners, oils, you name it, I tried it. So, I gave Revive a shot. Man! was I pleasantly surprised! When i first used the shampoo, I thought, oh no, my hair just feels so dry with this shampoo. It did lather, but what I didn't realize was, it was actually cleaning the old chemicals left from previous products out of my hair. Then the conditioner! WOW! It made my hair feel not only soft when using it, but even after I combed and dried my hair, it was still SOFT! I have to say, that if your hair needs help, these 2 products are the go to! I will be using them from now on. My hair has never felt as healthy as it does right now after using these! Thank you Revive!

Great customer service! My shampoo and conditioner from Revive was delivered to a wrong address so I never received it. Revive was great in replacing it and immediately had it shipped out again. I received the product very quickly - great customer service! That’s really important to me❤️

and filing a Customer service!!!!!. I ordered products and never got a confirmation number, and the next day it was put on my credit card. It’s almost 3 weeks and have gotten .NO response back from Revive. There is no way to actually talk to customer service support which in my opinion is poor business.
I used to order from DoTerra and switch to Revive, at least at DoTerra you can actually talk to a human, and they were also so helpful. Nothing hurts a business more than poor reviews, and word-of-mouth. If I don’t get a response soon, I’ll be putting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Plus, I will be calling my credit card company and filing a complaint report. This is not good customer service!!!!!!

Great Experience I ordered a diffuser; when it arrived, I could not get it to work. I sent an email to customer service. Within 24 hours I got a response with a couple suggestions for me to try. After those also failed, I replied letting them know that it still didn’t work, the representative let me know that she had put in an order for a replacement to be shipped to me. I shortly received a new replacement that worked perfectly, free of charge.
Great experience from Revive! I love their products and highly recommend them as anyone’s essential oil company.

Recommend this company!! I recommend this company love their products!! The oils are fairly priced and seem to be effective! Love their face line, multipurpose cleaner and pleased with the laundry detergent. Also, had a great experience with customer service, I had incorrectly addressed an item. I’ve been with revive *Now for at least 10 years. Former customer of Young living and have not ever regretted switching over. I have never had a problem with customer service. They have always been gracious if I had a problem. I love the fact you can chat with them and they can help you find the right oil for your needs. I use many of the oils. I do create my own roll-ons because I find it’s more economical for me. I use peppermint, lavender, calm, and I love sore no more. it helps me with my leg cramps at night, also use it for my head and neck ache relief and it works better than anything else that I’ve tried. I am 89 years old and I attribute a lot of my longevity to using these oils. They really help with aches and pains and whatever ails me. I appreciate the oils I use for the heart chakra. It helps lower my blood pressure and calm me. Also love to use Immunity Boost on the bottom of my feet when my sugar is spiking. These oils really work ❤️ thank you Revive💐

Citrus Delight...so yummy!!! Ohhhh! Citrus Delight. Well, you couldn't have picked a more appropriate name for this blend. It is SO yummy and uplifting and, yes, like creamsicle from the ice cream man of old. My new favorite and I am glad I ordered the 30ml as I know I will use it everyday for the lift! Great product + great customer service = loyal customer Just had a great experience with REVIVE's customer service department. I've been using REVIVE's Citrus Delight for a while now and just ordered my second bottle. It's one of my favorites! I also recently had an unusual issue with one of my other essential oil orders and was extremely impressed by how quickly their customer service handled my concern. Even after I told them not to worry about sending a replacement, they had already taken care of it and even added store credit on top of that. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days, and I can tell this company genuinely cares about their customers.

Soooo disappointed Am SO disappointed in Revvive's Essential Oils! BEWARE TO ALL that Revive Essential Oils may not hold their scent! I had bought one of their more expensive scents ("BLEND OF ROSE"). There is next to nothing left of the "rose scent" at all.
Yes, I do keep the bottles of E.O.'s tightly capped, have been doing essential oils for years. In fact I have a
bottle of the scent of "Roses" from one of Revive's competitors that was bought YEARS BEFORE I bought
the Revive's bottle of "BLEND OF ROSE"......and THAT competitor's bottle still smells the same as the first day I received that bottle of essential oil!!! It is many more years old!
I have a tight budget. When I need or want an essential oil, I will save up for the price of it....bonus if that
scent is on sale! When I do purchase an essential oil variety, I need it to last.
Essential Oils SHOULD have a long lasting scent! Only the cheap brands will fade
away or even change the actual original scent! REVIVE'S "Blend of Rose" IS A COMPLETE FAILURE AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY! I use essential oils as one of the methods to HEAL.

Great customer service At Christmas I ordered 4 of the laundry detergents and during shipping one of them leaked inside the shipping box and I lost 1/4 of the detergent. I contacted customer service and they shipped me another bottle at no charge. Their customer service is amazing. And the scent is awesome. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great oils Been using these oils for a couple of years. My experience has been positive except for the peppermint oil. My batch had a bad smell, no peppermint at all just a dirty smell. I do like the frankincense oils, they are my favorite for many uses, muscle pain and on my face for complexation issues.

No customer accommodations First, I will say, I love the essential oils. This is about customer relations and email correspondence. I am absolutely frustrated and angered that there were no special accommodations made when I went on the site to try and find a booklet explaining what each oil is used for and how to use them. I could not locate where it was so I could order it. I contacted them via email and I have nine emails going in circles about getting this booklet off their sight with no luck at all. I was sent a link which I clicked on and in order to get the booklet, I have to place yet again another item for them to send me the booklet. After placing already three orders, you would think that there would be an accommodation made for them to just send it to me at no cost or even giving me the option to purchase it solely without having to order something else. Being a longtime customer they could’ve done so much better. Extremely disappointed.

Lost Order If I finally receive my order it will be the third time. I suggest Revive use a reliable carrier company. Never had this problem before. I am so great full for Revive Sleep because it really works to relax me to fall asleep.I have been waiting so long for my frankincense order because I read it could help my diabetic neuropathy. I really haven’t been given an apology except for saying my order has shipped.

Healthy Hair I bought the healthy hair combo. It really dried out my hair and made flakes on my scalp. I am throwing the set away after using only half. I would not recommend.
Fresh smelling clothes from the dryer Tumble Tidy smells very refreshing in our dryer.
We apply several drops to the wool dryer balls and the towels and clothes come out smelling so fresh
Helps us fight effects of sun exposure We love the Palo Santo oil. We use it to help with moles from sun exposure, as it has helped to reduce the size of and lighten the color of them. It smells woody too.

Immunity dishwasher pods I love the immunity dishwasher pods and also love the bottle of immunity dish soap. It has been making my dishes sparkling clean without the harsh chemicals which definitely means a great deal to me and I need more. I also love the fact that I can also use the immunity dish soap for house cleaning.

I use essential oils in my diffuser. I was slightly disappointed in the scent of 5 Star Hotel. I read the reviews and they sounded like this was what I was looking for. Not that the scent is not likeable, to me it smells oriental. I will try another scent.
