Revive is a wonderful company that usually is A1.
However after paying $70 for the Rose oil I was greatly disappointed. It did not smell any different than the cheap stuff. It actually smelled worse. I used a couple drops 3 times. I closed the lid tight and when I went back to use it the bottle was empty. I do not believe i received a full bottle to start with and wish I had paid attention to that fact when I received the order. I did not spill any and the smell had not improved. A very big disappointment on smell and a huge waste of money.
I highly recommend the Breathe Air for allergies and asthma. It is a very delight smell and opens up the nasal passages.
Best oil in the world I love all the essential oils because of the work they have done in my life, but this oil ROSE is simply the best, when I put it in my face I immediately feel charged with positive energy and love and forget any small worry.

I am very disappointed in the lack of rose scent in this oil.
I do use it on some of my deeper wrinkles.And I am pleased that it's not crazy and it absorbs quickly into my skin.

It smells like cheap roses Not every rose smell the same. This oil has that old browning apple or wilting flower smell. It’s not what I think of when I want a rose perfume such as the one found in Diptyque or even rose water.

Great for Skincare I am sensitive to artificial fragrances, and love using essential oils for my needs. I use Rose, Helichrysum, and Frankincense in my soap and skincare recipes for my whole family. I enjoy a light scent with therapeutic benefits.

Rose waste of money Splurged and bought Rose essential oil for Christmas. They sent 2 bottles which look about half full. Turn bottles upside down and there is little oil that can be seen moving inside. Looks like it gelled up. Even shaking it up theres barely any oil rolling around inside bottle. Wouldn't recommend. Waste of money.
The roll on is divine I use the roll-on for my face on nights when I feel my tallow balm would just be too heavy. It smells glorious and gives me a smooth glow. I feel like a princess when I use it!

BEST VALUE/FIND EVER!!! Thank you for restoring my faith & hope I used to purchase from YL, but their "incentive" program is more like a contract I couldn't afford to reciprocate. Sure, the free product earnings are great, as long as you can afford $100 EVERY MONTH + shipping. I couldn't, and they "kicked me out," and deactivated my account after six months of my inability to order that much. I am SO appreciative of Revive and the affordability + the ability to purchase "at will," without feeling forced to do so. My son had a MRSA infection pop up OVERNIGHT. We've been treating with a combo I made up of Oregano, Thyme, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Cloves, and Lavender. Within four days the infectious discharge was GONE, the redness and swelling are GONE. He went to wound care a few days ago and as a precautionary for the MRSA's location on his abdomen (within 1 cm of his Mic-Key button stoma), we're still observing the antibiotic regimen prescribed by the doctor, but I do believe the oils would have eradicated it without that ;) I also have diabetes, so I am prone to cellulitis and panniculitis outbreaks. The first one I had was GUT-WRENCHINGLY painful. So is the second one, BUT... I used the same blend I'm using for my son's MRSA and within three days the swelling was gone, redness is all but gone - my skin is better in THAT area than the surrounding tissue the broke down because of my adhesive allergy (I'm allergic to bandage adhesives, so that stinks, LOL). MY OILS ARE MY WORLD, THANK YOU FOR GIVING THEM BACK TO ME!!!

Unfortunate The rose essential oil is a disappointment. I bought 2 bottles for 140 dollars. This oil smells like roses without a strong smell NOT the exquisite Bulgarian rose smell that I accustomed to. I will not order again. I also ordered Dreamer and it's an unfortunate miss as well. Young living, although expensive, is what my kids like to use for bed.

Expectations I purchased Rose Essential to fill my house with the smell of the world's finest roses. But, unfortunately this essential oil does not smell of an unforgettable Bulgarian rose. If you have thick coarse hair, do not use the revive healthy hair shampoo I absolutely love revive oils, but if you have thick coarse hair do not buy the revive healthy hair shampoo and conditioner. It absolutely dried out my hair and made it absolutely horrible. It is going to take me awhile to go back to a better shampoo to repair the damage that this shampoo has caused.
Revive oil company is the absolute best hands down. I just recently came across your company. I usually am a Young Living oil exclusive only user but yours are even better and a lot more inexpensive and very affordable. You have an amazing company and I have probably ordered 5 times from you in just the last few months. Shampoo and Conditioner I ordered the Revive Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair was in bad shape, very dry, brittle, weak and falling out. I had tried many different other shampoo and conditioners, which didn't help. NOTHING i tried seemed to help, leave in conditioners, oils, you name it, I tried it. So, I gave Revive a shot. Man! was I pleasantly surprised! When i first used the shampoo, I thought, oh no, my hair just feels so dry with this shampoo. It did lather, but what I didn't realize was, it was actually cleaning the old chemicals left from previous products out of my hair. Then the conditioner! WOW! It made my hair feel not only soft when using it, but even after I combed and dried my hair, it was still SOFT! I have to say, that if your hair needs help, these 2 products are the go to! I will be using them from now on. My hair has never felt as healthy as it does right now after using these! Thank you Revive!

and filing a Customer service!!!!!. I ordered products and never got a confirmation number, and the next day it was put on my credit card. It’s almost 3 weeks and have gotten .NO response back from Revive. There is no way to actually talk to customer service support which in my opinion is poor business.
I used to order from DoTerra and switch to Revive, at least at DoTerra you can actually talk to a human, and they were also so helpful. Nothing hurts a business more than poor reviews, and word-of-mouth. If I don’t get a response soon, I’ll be putting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Plus, I will be calling my credit card company and filing a complaint report. This is not good customer service!!!!!!

Great Experience I ordered a diffuser; when it arrived, I could not get it to work. I sent an email to customer service. Within 24 hours I got a response with a couple suggestions for me to try. After those also failed, I replied letting them know that it still didn’t work, the representative let me know that she had put in an order for a replacement to be shipped to me. I shortly received a new replacement that worked perfectly, free of charge.

I’ve been with revive *Now for at least 10 years. Former customer of Young living and have not ever regretted switching over. I have never had a problem with customer service. They have always been gracious if I had a problem. I love the fact you can chat with them and they can help you find the right oil for your needs. I use many of the oils. I do create my own roll-ons because I find it’s more economical for me. I use peppermint, lavender, calm, and I love sore no more. it helps me with my leg cramps at night, also use it for my head and neck ache relief and it works better than anything else that I’ve tried. I am 89 years old and I attribute a lot of my longevity to using these oils. They really help with aches and pains and whatever ails me. I appreciate the oils I use for the heart chakra. It helps lower my blood pressure and calm me. Also love to use Immunity Boost on the bottom of my feet when my sugar is spiking. These oils really work ❤️ thank you Revive💐

Great product + great customer service = loyal customer Just had a great experience with REVIVE's customer service department. I've been using REVIVE's Citrus Delight for a while now and just ordered my second bottle. It's one of my favorites! I also recently had an unusual issue with one of my other essential oil orders and was extremely impressed by how quickly their customer service handled my concern. Even after I told them not to worry about sending a replacement, they had already taken care of it and even added store credit on top of that. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days, and I can tell this company genuinely cares about their customers.

Soooo disappointed Am SO disappointed in Revvive's Essential Oils! BEWARE TO ALL that Revive Essential Oils may not hold their scent! I had bought one of their more expensive scents ("BLEND OF ROSE"). There is next to nothing left of the "rose scent" at all.
Yes, I do keep the bottles of E.O.'s tightly capped, have been doing essential oils for years. In fact I have a
bottle of the scent of "Roses" from one of Revive's competitors that was bought YEARS BEFORE I bought
the Revive's bottle of "BLEND OF ROSE"......and THAT competitor's bottle still smells the same as the first day I received that bottle of essential oil!!! It is many more years old!
I have a tight budget. When I need or want an essential oil, I will save up for the price of it....bonus if that
scent is on sale! When I do purchase an essential oil variety, I need it to last.
Essential Oils SHOULD have a long lasting scent! Only the cheap brands will fade

Great customer service At Christmas I ordered 4 of the laundry detergents and during shipping one of them leaked inside the shipping box and I lost 1/4 of the detergent. I contacted customer service and they shipped me another bottle at no charge. Their customer service is amazing. And the scent is awesome. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great oils Been using these oils for a couple of years. My experience has been positive except for the peppermint oil. My batch had a bad smell, no peppermint at all just a dirty smell. I do like the frankincense oils, they are my favorite for many uses, muscle pain and on my face for complexation issues.

No customer accommodations First, I will say, I love the essential oils. This is about customer relations and email correspondence. I am absolutely frustrated and angered that there were no special accommodations made when I went on the site to try and find a booklet explaining what each oil is used for and how to use them. I could not locate where it was so I could order it. I contacted them via email and I have nine emails going in circles about getting this booklet off their sight with no luck at all. I was sent a link which I clicked on and in order to get the booklet, I have to place yet again another item for them to send me the booklet. After placing already three orders, you would think that there would be an accommodation made for them to just send it to me at no cost or even giving me the option to purchase it solely without having to order something else. Being a longtime customer they could’ve done so much better. Extremely disappointed.

Lost Order If I finally receive my order it will be the third time. I suggest Revive use a reliable carrier company. Never had this problem before. I am so great full for Revive Sleep because it really works to relax me to fall asleep.I have been waiting so long for my frankincense order because I read it could help my diabetic neuropathy. Healthy Hair I bought the healthy hair combo. It really dried out my hair and made flakes on my scalp. I am throwing the set away after using only half. I would not recommend.

Immunity dishwasher pods I love the immunity dishwasher pods and also love the bottle of immunity dish soap. It has been making my dishes sparkling clean without the harsh chemicals which definitely means a great deal to me and I need more. I use essential oils in my diffuser. I was slightly disappointed in the scent of 5 Star Hotel. I read the reviews and they sounded like this was what I was looking for. Not that the scent is not likeable, to me it smells oriental. I will try another scent.
