Pumpkin spice foam soap I haven't been one to jump on the pumpkin spice wagon but ordered two hand soaps when they came on sale. The day they arrived i had a friend stop by unexpected and I offered her a bottle. Later that evening she messaged me saying how much her husband and her enjoy the lasting aroma of the soap. I hadn't used mine yet. The following day I got around to putting it out and gave it a try. I washed my hands multiple times to continue the experience of the pumpkin spice, ill admit it now, I'm hooked. I've ordered 2 more bottles and added the Peppermint for the Christmas holidays. There is nothing close to negative about this product. I haven't had anyone not comment on the pleasant smell and the guys have been getting a good chuckle when they use it. Great Customer Service! A slight computer problem resulted in my being charged twice for my order. I emailed Revive with the details and within minutes, the issue was resolved and my second charge was refunded. No problems, no questions asked- just politeness, kindness and an amazingly quick solution to resolve the issue. I’m more than impressed!
Revive made it right! I've just had one of the best customer service responses ever! I had a shipment issue, and my order was sent to the wrong zip code. I thought I had fixed it, but it happened again. When I wrote a note about the issue, Revive responded within 24 hours. They canceled out the "lost" order and sent me a duplicate order with every oil I had ordered! I don't see genuine customer service in this crazy, fast-paced world, but Revive has restored my confidence!
Awesome Job!! I placed an order, but I never got an email or any updates about the order. I emailed Revive and told them I had a copy of the receipt but couldn’t find the order on my account or any shipping information. Within 24 hours Jessica emailed me back and said she had located my order and that it was on the way. I HAD ENTERED MY EMAIL WRONG. But she spent the time needed to locate it. My error but they fixed it. Customer service is AWESOME.

Great Product, Great Customer Service! I love everything that I’ve purchased from Revive! I intended to delay the refill on one item because I still had more than half the bottle, but the subscription renewal occurred before I could alter the delivery frequency. I reached out to customer service to try and cancel the reorder, thinking that it would be too late by the time anyone got back to me. To my pleasant surprise, I received a response from Kaylie with a refund, less than 24 hours later on a Sunday, no less. Great Engineering! I came here to thank whomever is responsible for thinking about the engineering of the bottle that holds the laundry soap...I just grabbed a pair of scissors, ready to do whatever damage was necessary in order to get at the liquid at the bottom of the bottle (that would not some out of the spout no matter what I did). Much to my surprise, the spout easily detached and I was able to pour out liquid for two more loads. Great job Revive!! As a mama who detests waste, you get 10 stars for this!!

Sore No More! May I just say that as much as I love all the products I have ordered I was literally just gobsmacked by something new I just tried. I got my order this evening and am trying for the first time "Sore No More". I have intense pain at the end of my work day due to a sedentary job in front of a computer on the phone all day. Within 10 mins of rubbing this on the affected areas I literally had no pain. I seriously cannot believe it. In all my years in medicine I've never had this happen. I'm not making this up. It's astounding. I just walked around my apartment like a person my age and not an 80 year old! Thank you Revive! I'm going to stock up!
