3 Ways to Use Courage
1. Apply a drop or two (diluted) to wrists and temples before a speech or an important presentation.
2. Apply 1-2 drops to a diffuser bracelet before meditation and yoga to feel more focused.
3. Mix with some carrier oil and massage into the back of the neck where you are prone to feel stiffness and pain.
Diffusion: Place 1 - 2 drops on a felt pad or a wooden clothes pin for a DIY car diffuser

Courage I have the Young Living brand but am anxious to try the Revive version. I use it with Joy in making foaming hand soap. It’s one of of my favorite recipes. I make up my own recipes and sell the hand soaps to people. They love all of my scents. Another popular one is Spearmint and Eucalyptus together. I have also used Wintergreen and Spearmint. They make wonderful gifts as well.
This stuff smells amazing I use this as perfume, usually with a drop or two in the morning and/or mid-afternoon. I don’t know how by looking at the ingredients, but this blend smells sweet and warm. I also like to diffuse it with bergamot.
Courage - Great for Pain I use Courage with a couple drops of Copaiba on achy joints. It really helps to calm the pain.

Courage Essential Oil I was not sleeping much during the night. It would take me 2 to 3 hours to go to sleep, then I would wake in the middle of the night and go through the same cycle.
I have tried almost everything and was getting desparate for sleep. Your customer service directed me to "Courage" essential oil. I tried it but didn't expect much, as with all the other things I had tried, including prescription drugs and over-the-counter items. The first night, I rubbed Courage oil (didn't use a carrier oil) on my neck and soles of my feet. About 30 or 45 minutes later, I went to bed and was asleep almost immediately--didn't even get to finish my nightly prayer, but my prayers were answered in finding this help for sleep!

Sore No More! May I just say that as much as I love all the products I have ordered I was literally just gobsmacked by something new I just tried. I got my order this evening and am trying for the first time "Sore No More". I have intense pain at the end of my work day due to a sedentary job in front of a computer on the phone all day. I’m an oil lover and promoter I put Tee Tree oil on a thickened toenail and the nail has thinned down. Since I’m now wearing polish, I still put oil on the end of toe and nail. I have had 5 abdominal surgeries and my horizontal scar can get sore and raw. Lavender takes care of the soreness and heals the spot. I also put lavender oil on the inside of my cheek where I sometimes have chewed on it and made it sore. Usually 1 application of lavender has fixed the spot over night. My newest purchase is the sinus oil which I put behind my ears. I think it helps.
