3 Ways to Use Camphor
1) Add a drop of camphor oil to a teaspoon of coconut oil and rub on chest, back and soles of feet to support respiratory health.
2) To keep annoying insects away, add 1-2 drops of Camphor to 2 teaspoons of carrier oil.
