Five Stars Isn’t Enough! I just want to share how impressed I’ve been with Revive’s customer service. I made a mistake on my order, and they immediately fixed it on their end — even though it was entirely my error — and they did so completely at their cost. Their response was quick, kind, and incredibly accommodating. It’s rare these days to find a company that treats customers with that level of care.
As for the products themselves, I couldn’t be happier. I’m on my second bottle of the Bugs Away Outdoor Spray — the ONLY bug spray I can actually stand the smell of. I love, love, love the Christmas Morning room spray; it truly smells like the holidays. I also just bought two more Air Personal Mist Diffusers: one beside my bed filled with “Calm,” and “Epiphany” in the one that stays in my car — perfect for the morning drive to work. I have a third diffuser that comes everywhere with me. They’re the perfect size for travel; I bring one on cruises and to hotels, and it instantly makes any room feel more personal and comforting. When I smell that same scent back home, it reminds me of my travels in the best way. I’m especially fond of “5 Star Hotel” — it might just be my favourite — though honestly, I haven’t found a single Revive scent I don’t like. In my yoga studio, I use a custom blend I make with Revive oils, and I get compliments on it all the time. I always make sure to share where the oils come from. Revive has earned a very happy and loyal customer in me!
Tick Season I bought the Revive Bugs away for my husband to use as he works in the woods and tall grasses with his job and in the Spring and early Summer the ticks are horrible. He was very surprised and happy that it kept the ticks to a minimum. He tells everyone about it and wears it regularly.
It's Real! I've always been skeptical of natural bug sprays because they usually don't work. But seriously, this stuff is for real! I could tell a difference instantly! I was once down by a creek with some friends and the bugs were exceptionally bad. When they saw I had bug spray, they wanted to borrow some and every single one of them had the same results. Several of them even asked me to order some for them too.
BUGS AWAY REALLY WORKS! I live in Florida with mosquitos, no-see-ums, yellow flies and all kinds of bugs. I have tried numerous "natural" bug sprays that didn't really work. But since it was on sale I bought Bugs Away. Guess what it works! When I spray this on I do not get bit and I am one of those people the bugs come for. Even my husband Mr. Skeptical tried it and it worked for him. He put it in a small bag and hung it by the door so it was convenient. AMAZING!! IT WORKS! My son is very allergic to mosquito bites and this is the only spray that works on him! Whenever he wears this he never gets bit! I highly recommend!!

Never leave home without this! I will never leave home without one of these on my purse!!! It’s has a ginger yet woodsy smell. All natural-YES PLS! I know you have heard people say some folks are more prone to mosquito bites than others. Whether you believe me or not, it’s true! How do I know? BC I’m one of those people. Best bug spray ever!!!!!!! Hands down this is the best bug spray I have ever used. And I have tried a lot of different nature bugs sprays! Even my kids love using it because the smell is incredible. It smells like a Tootsie roll.
Also customer service is wonderful. My bottle ended up being defected and I emailed them. They replaced it no questions asked!! Free shipping is an extra bonus! I am now a loyal, happy, revive customer for life!

Switched companies! I LOVE Revive! I used to be a die hard customer of the other big name oil seller that required me to purchase through an independent distributor. I thought they were the only product that had the quality grade oils I needed. A friend sent me to Revive and the oils are AWESOME! And so easy to buy either on their site or even amazon and I get them fast and way less expensive. Now instead of a few oils I am able to have a full cabinet of “first aid” oils for every need for my family. Just to add: I ordered a replacement for an oil I had run out of and the USPS failed to deliver it properly and left it on my porch instead of the locker box I provided. A dog chewed the box up and my oils were lost. I notified Revive and they immediately sent a replacement! Customer service is amazing! I’ll never get oils from anyone else again.

Great customer service I accidentally ordered the wrong EO and after a few emails. One of the staff members gave me store credit and said to give my extra EO to my friend and not worry about sending it back. This makes it so much easier for me. Top Tier Customer Service and Products! This has been such a great shopping experience and the products were amazing quality! I ordered a set of Essential Oils and a Shower Diffuser for my Step-Mom for Christmas. Revive was the most affordable and trustworthy option I found from the research I've done. I did order just under 2 weeks before Christmas, I was hoping it'd get here by then, but tracking wasn't updating. I messaged customer service only to see if they had additional information on the tracking, but they instead immediately sent me out another package just incase the original one was lost. They said if I were to receive both packages to let them know and they'll provide me a free return label so I can send the extra one back. I'm so happy with the products from the first package that I asked if I can purchase the second package instead of returning it! I did receive the second package and tried everything yesterday. They smell amazing, they appear to be great quality, and I will be a returning customer! I've also be raving to my friends and family about Revive :)

Great customer service I’ve been ordering from Revive for 10 or more years. Rarely do I run into issues regarding my order or the oils. This time I had ordered one thing and received another. I’m not sure where the misunderstanding came in, but I received another incorrect oil. I contacted customer service and they made the needed correction, no argument. I will continue to make Revive my preferred essential oil provider.
Skincare I’ve been using the skincare cleanser and Vitamin C serum for a few months now. I keep asking my husband to feel my face. I can’t get over how smooth it feels, and I’m over 60! I love this company for all their products.
I really like the Immunity Boost line- please don't let any of it go away! I really like the Immunity Boost laundry detergent because it not only cleans well, it also deodorizes my husband's nasty workout clothes, sanitizes our towels and generally makes everything smell great! I LOVE the Immunity Boost Foaming hand soap and that it comes in a refill size bottle-now every sink leaves hands smelling great and boosts immunity too. My big wish now is that Revive would hurry and get the Immunity Boost Dishwasher Pods back in stock again before I run completely out.
TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE Unfortunately, I've received two bottles that were leaking before I even opened the box. One of those was the replacement bottle that Revive shipped out RIGHT away when I noticed I had an issue with the first. Instead of a simple apology, they are making it right AGAIN and are actually getting down to the bottom of it. They asked for lot #s on the bottles (which wipe away with the oil, so be careful before trying to clean up bottles if you have this issue!) because they are a company that actually wants to improve and correct problems. THIS IS THE TYPE OF COMPANY WE NEED IN THE WORLD. I've spoken with two representatives and they've been WONDERFUL to work with- kind, supportive, and understanding. I cannot say enough about REVIVE!
Oh, and their oils are great! (HAHA) Truly, THE WORKS oil roller is incredible. I used to use DEEP RELIEF from YL, but this is a fraction of the price and it works just as well! I also got the STRONGER EO, and I'm in love.

I recently received the twin pack of crystal hanging diffuser. What a game changer! They are so nice that I actually kept them for myself rather than gift them. I have one in my bedroom and one in my car, and although I put different essential oil blends in each one, they both are discreet and effective in delivering a wonderful scent. Quality products and customer service I've used 2 other name brands and Revive is my go to now. Been using Thieves for years and found that Immunity Boost is equal, price is much better and I trust the quality. Sales are great and I'm now using Breathe Air roll on to get me through the winter. Every year we go on a family vacation and I'm always the one getting sick. This year when we went on vac. I took my travel face mister and the immunity boost oil and I didn't get sick. I swear by this stuff.
Also, I live in Iowa and my mother n law lives in Kearney Nebraska. For Christmas she wants a massage and I was looking at places there in Kearney and there is a place called The Spa. Amazing customer service! I had a bottle leak during shipping. I took a photo and sent a message letting them know what happened. They handled it very quickly and were so kind and helpful. I have ordered 5-6 times before but they will definitely have all my business from now on.

Reliable Customer Service, Excellent Products! I had the dropper on the CBD oil for dogs separate from the cap. The bottle got knocked over somehow and lost most of its contents before I realized that the dropper was no longer attached to the cap. Customer service was excellent, I emailed them with the issue and they are sending me a replacement!
Jojoba Oil I'm mixing this oil with Castor Oil and Frankince oil for a wonderful evening serum (1/2 castor, 1/2 Jojoba + 6 drops Frankincense oil in a roll on bottle. ❤️❤️

I LOVE Revive products! I recently bought the clothes detergent and it's soooooo awesome. It's not an overbearing scent but leaves your clothes smelling so fresh! I also bought the skin moisturizer which glides on like silk. I've always loved the essential oils too!
Tracking error When I noticed, I wasn’t getting anything on my tracking. I emailed the company and they got back to me within a business day and we’re able to rectify and let me know that my order was not only shipped but had made it to the mailbox and I was all set. Cleaner is a winner I had run out YL cleaner and asked my local rep for a price... OUCH! So I started looking elsewhere. Ordered one bottle of cleaner concentrate and I have been very pleased with the product. I'm always trying different ways to clean the glass shower doors, and to my surprise this did the job, perfectly. It smells great, works better than many other cleaners and has a great price point. I totally recommend it for general cleaning (floors, bathrooms, countertops, etc..).

Sinus Relief - it works! For months and months I have been suffering with sinus drainage. This meant needing to cough and clear my throat dozens of times throughout the day. It also meant that I had to sleep in an upright position. After just one week using Sinus Relief, no more drainage, coughing and throat clearing. And last night - for the first time in months - I was able to sleep laying down!!
Leaking bottle The customer service department was within 30 minute replying to my distress text about a leaking bottle of Christmas Morning! I received two bottles and one was 1/2 full but the box smelled wonderful. They are replacing the leaking bottle. All this transpired within a hours time. Extremely fast for a Sunday night! Quick and Friendly My Mom is the one who got me started with essential oils. At first, I was using another company, but then I discovered Revive, and they're a lot purer and healthier, so I only use them now. Love, love, love Revive! I've been super happy with my experience with Revive so far. I have bought the following essential oils and products: Breathe Air oil, Mountain Bliss oil, Eucalyptus oil, Frankinsence oil, Cedarwood oil, Center oil, Sore No More cream, peppermint oil and grapefruit oil. My favorites are the Breathe Air, Mountain Bliss, Eucalyptus and Frankinsence oils. They are Ahhhhh-mazing......... :-D I have lung issues and the Breathe Air and Eucalptus have been extremely helpful to me. I used to buy DoTerra's Breathe oil, and have found Breathe Air to be a great alternative. I had an allergy (my body's issue, not Revive's issue) to an oil and Revive returned and refunded me without any issues. Their customer service is excellent, and I always get my orders super fast.
