it’s always this box I wish they didn’t always give you this box as the mystery box,
Lots of perfect oils Decided to go with Chloe’s Favorites as a last minute add to my order, now I want to order it again but not sure if I’ll get the same oils. I never would have selected the oils I received like Cherry Cola or Sparkles, but love them both in the diffuser. Getting the surprise oils turned out so rewarding - I’m signing up for the quarterly boxes and oil of the month.

Wow! What a surprise after ordering Chloe's favorites This was offered as a pop up when I was checking out my other oils. What an awesome deal for the price. I received some oils that I haven't tried and who knows one of these may be my new favorite. It will be hard to change my favorite oil from Snow Day tho. Great company and customer service. I bought Chloe’s Favorites as an add-on when checking out. I really didn’t care for them but it was fun to try some new scents. I have loved all the oils I have picked out and ordered and the skin care collection is awesome. When I had an issue with one of my orders customer service made it right in a very timely manner.

Don’t risk it! Ordered Chloe’s favorites but didn’t like one of the bottles. When I asked for a return/refund they told me to try them out first to see if I changed my mind. Still don’t like any of them. Now I have to go through the hassle of return. Won’t make this mistake again!

Very happy with my regular order and the delivery time.
Tried “Chloes Favorites” for the first time. Not a fan. Felt like I got oils that didn’t sell from previous seasons and this was just a way to make money for the company while getting rid of “St. Patrick’s Day leftovers”.
Would rather spend my money on something that is beneficial to me, especially when living off meager social security.

Chloe's favorites I absolutely love Revive oils so I'm a little bummed to be giving this box only 3 starts. 2 of the oils that were included were ones I already have and of the other three, I only liked one. I am very happy about that one because I wouldn't normally have thought to choose it and I love it (Celebrate). After reading other reviews I'm learning that the box is random and each once is probably different.

Disappointed I ordered this as a last minute offer. I think it was 30$ or 35$. It said it was a 80$ value. As you can see it was actually value is 65$ and you can get it for 52$. This was definitely a surprise mystery gift and a trick I will not fall for again.

I loved the oils but did not want the clay mask I am very satisfied with all the oils but the clay mask was a disappointment. I was hoping to get a small defuser in my bonus box!
Loved this!! This was one of the neatest surprises! I was not expecting to get everything that was included and I even had to double check my order to make sure I didn’t order things by mistake or something, but it was a very happy surprise! Excited to try some new oil blends and the kaolin clay-so fun and so glad this was offered!

Chloes Favorites-for xmas Was offered a special deal on “Chloe’s Favorites” upon check out, which I took. Of the five oils included, 4 are christmas/winter scents and we’re in the final week of April-BOO! Wouldn't have ordered if I had known they would be scents that dont interest me for another 6-7 mths. I did not receive scents mentioned in other reviews of “Chloes Favorites,” so it must just be post holiday stuff theyre trying to clear out. Unless youre looking for cmas scents, I wouldnt order

Bummed I’m sad to say I was disappointed that I had added this mystery box to my order as an add-on. It included all oils that I already had (and did not need more of) except two that I didn’t like 😞 It was a great deal and I will end up using them for something but I wish I hadn’t gotten it.

The oils that were included in this box are AMAZING! There were oils included that I would have never bought because they don't sound appealing to me (like Nutcracker) but I'm happy they were included. I get to experiment with new oils. I also enjoy the fact that it was a surprise as to what oils I would be getting. Very please with this box and worth it!

Surprised Absolutely surprised by the selection of this package! 4 new oils I have not tried that are amazing, pink aroma oil rollers, and a new diffuser! Diffuser is from Australia so the plug is not fit for American receptacles but luckily I married an electrician who can fix it!!

Surprise Box Only giving 3 stars because I, myself, PERSONALLY did not care very much for the scents I received. But that does not mean others wouldn’t. Nothing about the oils in themselves to complain about they’re just not specific oils I would have necessarily chosen based on the smells I normally go for.

If you have thick coarse hair, do not use the revive healthy hair shampoo I absolutely love revive oils, but if you have thick coarse hair do not buy the revive healthy hair shampoo and conditioner. It absolutely dried out my hair and made it absolutely horrible. It is going to take me awhile to go back to a better shampoo to repair the damage that this shampoo has caused.
Revive oil company is the absolute best hands down. I just recently came across your company. I usually am a Young Living oil exclusive only user but yours are even better and a lot more inexpensive and very affordable. You have an amazing company and I have probably ordered 5 times from you in just the last few months. The fact you offer free shipping is a game changer as well and I have had nothing but the best service from your company which is hard to find nowadays. You definitely put people > profits. Shampoo and Conditioner I ordered the Revive Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair was in bad shape, very dry, brittle, weak and falling out. I had tried many different other shampoo and conditioners, which didn't help. NOTHING i tried seemed to help, leave in conditioners, oils, you name it, I tried it. So, I gave Revive a shot. Man! was I pleasantly surprised! When i first used the shampoo, I thought, oh no, my hair just feels so dry with this shampoo. It did lather, but what I didn't realize was, it was actually cleaning the old chemicals left from previous products out of my hair. Then the conditioner! WOW! It made my hair feel not only soft when using it, but even after I combed and dried my hair, it was still SOFT! I have to say, that if your hair needs help, these 2 products are the go to! I will be using them from now on. My hair has never felt as healthy as it does right now after using these! Thank you Revive!

Great customer service! My shampoo and conditioner from Revive was delivered to a wrong address so I never received it. Revive was great in replacing it and immediately had it shipped out again. I received the product very quickly - great customer service! That’s really important to me❤️

and filing a Customer service!!!!!. I ordered products and never got a confirmation number, and the next day it was put on my credit card. It’s almost 3 weeks and have gotten .NO response back from Revive. There is no way to actually talk to customer service support which in my opinion is poor business.
I used to order from DoTerra and switch to Revive, at least at DoTerra you can actually talk to a human, and they were also so helpful. Nothing hurts a business more than poor reviews, and word-of-mouth. If I don’t get a response soon, I’ll be putting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Plus, I will be calling my credit card company and filing a complaint report. This is not good customer service!!!!!!

Great Experience I ordered a diffuser; when it arrived, I could not get it to work. I sent an email to customer service. Within 24 hours I got a response with a couple suggestions for me to try. After those also failed, I replied letting them know that it still didn’t work, the representative let me know that she had put in an order for a replacement to be shipped to me. I shortly received a new replacement that worked perfectly, free of charge.
Great experience from Revive! I love their products and highly recommend them as anyone’s essential oil company.

Recommend this company!! I recommend this company love their products!! The oils are fairly priced and seem to be effective! Love their face line, multipurpose cleaner and pleased with the laundry detergent. Also, had a great experience with customer service, I had incorrectly addressed an item. They went above and beyond in helping me fix the problem.

I’ve been with revive *Now for at least 10 years. Former customer of Young living and have not ever regretted switching over. I have never had a problem with customer service. They have always been gracious if I had a problem. I love the fact you can chat with them and they can help you find the right oil for your needs. I use many of the oils. I do create my own roll-ons because I find it’s more economical for me. I use peppermint, lavender, calm, and I love sore no more. it helps me with my leg cramps at night, also use it for my head and neck ache relief and it works better than anything else that I’ve tried. I am 89 years old and I attribute a lot of my longevity to using these oils. They really help with aches and pains and whatever ails me. I appreciate the oils I use for the heart chakra. It helps lower my blood pressure and calm me. Also love to use Immunity Boost on the bottom of my feet when my sugar is spiking. These oils really work ❤️ thank you Revive💐

Citrus Delight...so yummy!!! Ohhhh! Citrus Delight. Well, you couldn't have picked a more appropriate name for this blend. It is SO yummy and uplifting and, yes, like creamsicle from the ice cream man of old. My new favorite and I am glad I ordered the 30ml as I know I will use it everyday for the lift! Great product + great customer service = loyal customer Just had a great experience with REVIVE's customer service department. I've been using REVIVE's Citrus Delight for a while now and just ordered my second bottle. It's one of my favorites! I also recently had an unusual issue with one of my other essential oil orders and was extremely impressed by how quickly their customer service handled my concern. Even after I told them not to worry about sending a replacement, they had already taken care of it and even added store credit on top of that. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days, and I can tell this company genuinely cares about their customers.

Soooo disappointed Am SO disappointed in Revvive's Essential Oils! BEWARE TO ALL that Revive Essential Oils may not hold their scent! I had bought one of their more expensive scents ("BLEND OF ROSE"). There is next to nothing left of the "rose scent" at all.
Yes, I do keep the bottles of E.O.'s tightly capped, have been doing essential oils for years. In fact I have a
bottle of the scent of "Roses" from one of Revive's competitors that was bought YEARS BEFORE I bought
the Revive's bottle of "BLEND OF ROSE"......and THAT competitor's bottle still smells the same as the first day I received that bottle of essential oil!!! It is many more years old!
I have a tight budget. When I need or want an essential oil, I will save up for the price of it....bonus if that
scent is on sale! When I do purchase an essential oil variety, I need it to last.
Essential Oils SHOULD have a long lasting scent! Only the cheap brands will fade
away or even change the actual original scent! REVIVE'S "Blend of Rose" IS A COMPLETE FAILURE AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY! I use essential oils as one of the methods to HEAL.

Great customer service At Christmas I ordered 4 of the laundry detergents and during shipping one of them leaked inside the shipping box and I lost 1/4 of the detergent. I contacted customer service and they shipped me another bottle at no charge. Their customer service is amazing. And the scent is awesome. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great oils Been using these oils for a couple of years. My experience has been positive except for the peppermint oil. My batch had a bad smell, no peppermint at all just a dirty smell. I do like the frankincense oils, they are my favorite for many uses, muscle pain and on my face for complexation issues.

No customer accommodations First, I will say, I love the essential oils. This is about customer relations and email correspondence. I am absolutely frustrated and angered that there were no special accommodations made when I went on the site to try and find a booklet explaining what each oil is used for and how to use them. I could not locate where it was so I could order it. I contacted them via email and I have nine emails going in circles about getting this booklet off their sight with no luck at all. I was sent a link which I clicked on and in order to get the booklet, I have to place yet again another item for them to send me the booklet. After placing already three orders, you would think that there would be an accommodation made for them to just send it to me at no cost or even giving me the option to purchase it solely without having to order something else. Being a longtime customer they could’ve done so much better. Extremely disappointed.

Lost Order If I finally receive my order it will be the third time. I suggest Revive use a reliable carrier company. Never had this problem before. I am so great full for Revive Sleep because it really works to relax me to fall asleep.I have been waiting so long for my frankincense order because I read it could help my diabetic neuropathy. Healthy Hair I bought the healthy hair combo. It really dried out my hair and made flakes on my scalp. I am throwing the set away after using only half. I would not recommend.
Fresh smelling clothes from the dryer Tumble Tidy smells very refreshing in our dryer.

Helps us fight effects of sun exposure We love the Palo Santo oil. We use it to help with moles from sun exposure, as it has helped to reduce the size of and lighten the color of them. It smells woody too.

Immunity dishwasher pods I love the immunity dishwasher pods and also love the bottle of immunity dish soap. It has been making my dishes sparkling clean without the harsh chemicals which definitely means a great deal to me and I need more. I also love the fact that I can also use the immunity dish soap for house cleaning.

I use essential oils in my diffuser. I was slightly disappointed in the scent of 5 Star Hotel. I read the reviews and they sounded like this was what I was looking for. Not that the scent is not likeable, to me it smells oriental. I will try another scent.
